Install the file, open it, hit extract all, and then run MarioMarioLiteratureClub.exe or MarioMarioLiteratureClub-32.exe if youre on a 32-bit system
if you get a popup saying, "Windows protected your pc" or something like that, select more options and hit 'run anyway'
